Q) What are your operating hours?
A) Our vehicles operate twenty four hours daily even though our office hours are 6am to 12 midnight.
 
Q) What kind of vehicles do you utilize?
A) We use limousines luxury vans, sedans and suburbans.
 
Q) What methods of payment do you accept?
A) We accept:

1. Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover
2. Cash
3. Traveler’s Checks

Note: Passengers paying with credit cards must be the cardholder and have the card available for imprint at the time of travel.

Q) How much notice do you need for a reservation?
A) Ideally we require 24 hours notice for shared rids reservations and minimum of 3 hours for private rides. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 7pm on the previous evening. Generally speaking, the further you are from the airport and the earlier your pick-up time, the more notice we need. Last minute calls are not usually encouraged but we will still try to accommodate them.
 
Q) Can I get a shared ride at any time?
A) Shared rides are available only from 5am to 11pm daily.
 
Q) Is the passenger responsible for paying tolls?
A) The passenger is not required to pay tolls on shared rides but is responsible for all tolls on private rides.
 
Q) Are pets allowed on your vehicles?
A) No pets allowed on shared ride, only on private ride.
 
Q) Do you provide service to hotels in the New York City and adjoining areas?
A) We provide service to all hotels in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area.
 
Q) How much luggage can I take on a shared ride?
A) One passenger is allowed 2 standard sized suitcases and a carry-on.
In a group the first passenger is allowed 2 standard sized suitcases and a carry-on the second person 2 pieces, third person 1 piece and forth person 1 piece. For each additional piece of luggage $10.00.
 
Q) Do you supply car seats for children?
A) No, parents must supply their own car seats.
 
Q) What is the procedure for picking up arriving passengers at the airport?
A) Passengers arriving at either JFK or LaGuardia Airport are advised to proceed to the to the Ground Transportation counter operated by the Port Authority. These counters are easily identified and are located adjacent to these counters and you will be able to speak to our reservationists by dialing "21".
 
Q) What is the waiting time at the airport?
A) The waiting time for a shared ride is normally 5-25 minutes, while the waiting time on a private ride is 5 minutes for a will call.
 
Q) Is gratuity included in the fare?
A) No, gratuity is not included in the fare and is left to the discretion of the passenger. The normal gratuity amount is 20%.
 
Q) Can I request a particular driver?
A) Yes, you can but the final decision is based on the driver's availability.
 
Q) Can I request to be dropped off first on a shared ride?
A) Shared ride drop offs are based on the distance from the airport. Closer drop off points are usually don first.
 
Q) Can I make arrangements for additional pick ups and drop offs on a private ride?
A) This can be arranged with an additional charge for each stop.
